When I was a kid my Dad carried his flies in an old Lucky Strike tobacco tin, appropriate brand name really. I loved that tin, the worn out graphics, the smoky odour. We’d fill that tin full of flies and walk up the creek in our shorts and sneakers, flicking dries to feisty mountain trout. Ah, to be a kid again!
